Please I did my cultural questionaire and CAT same dat and got success mails same day (yestaday) my status says initial review.. Who's in my shoes and when do I expect them to contact for phone interview.

Is there a time limit to take the cognitive test? cause i just tried taking mine and it is telling me i have no assessments to take?

I applied for the Management Trainee (Manufacturing) on Saturday. I was successful in both the cultural and cognitive assessments. I Received a call this evening from an HR lady requesting for my NYSC status. I told her I will be concluding NYSC by June/July. Who else is in my shoe? Kinda feeling apprehensive sad

Did my cultural test but took 19.50 mins and passed to the next stage but network was really an issue as it took time for each questions to load. I had to save it at question 6 and later visited it when network was sharp. I quickly rushed the remaining questions and got the success mail for next stage.

Since you seem to know more than most of us here,plss do you know how long their recruitment process takes?because I have passed Shell graduate online test since last year and haven't heard from them. The last time I mailed them they told me I wld still be contacted....but when is the question. Pls do you think this won't be like that too? Pls I need response. Thnks

1. Did you guys use your phone to submit application and take the tests? If yes what kind of phone. Am in a place where there is no good network to browse on my laptop. Using my phone has been a bad experience cos my browser misbehaves too much.

2. On the application form, that part where 4 questions were asked on why you want to work with BAT, etc with a word limit of 4000 words. . .Did you guys really write that much?

It is advisable you use a laptop to complete and take the test.
It is 4000 characters not 4000 words

Thanks very much. Is there no way around this laptop ish? Some people don't have and cyber cafes may just be unavailable or a luzury.

Dunno for BAT but as for shell. You better be prepared when they call. They will call from the UK. They will get back to you. Just pray and wait.
