If I can find the Biafran flag I would fly in it my house in Edo state, we were conned in the Mid-West to support one Nigeria in 1967.
"One Nigeria" is the biggest scam of Nigeria's minorities to date, the Hausas (to a lesser extent the Yorubas) are the ones that need one Nigeria.
Yoruba and Hausas in one Nigeria? For where..
The Yorubas will flee
Awolowo told the Northerners that if the Biafran succeeded in carving out of Nigeria, the Yorubas will follow the suite in establishing the Oodua nation, because the Yorubas cannot remain as one with the Hausas....
Why are the Yorubas afraid?
The emergence of Biafra with put the end to the Hausa and Yorubas Master/slave relationship.....
The Yorubas will take to their heels....

You are putting it mildly. The level of hate from this group surpasses whatever the hutu had on the tutsis. They seem very willing to press the self destruct button just to get at their perceived enemies. This can't contineu like this. There must be a push back. As far as I am concerned, if Asari and gang decides to pick up oil workers as they did before, they should consider extending that measure to those from the hatefilled clans who torpedoed a SS presidency just to set up a leadership that will help them to loot and plunder resources from this area.

As usual, Yorubas hate you but you love them right yet we have never seen any attack on any Ibo in Yorubaland before, both tribe insult each other here daily so stop playing the victim card.

...ok,ibos should rise and fight for her freedom. Ibos can leave Nigeria by war or peaceful means.unfortunately the peaceful mean is not easily given,so opt for bloody war. Nigeria killed more than 2 millions ibo then, she will kill tens of millions now. All the best.

What makes you think when the country is divided into smaller units same problem will not persist? As you said we dont buy into a national philosophy, I totally agree but what we do in a large country as Nigeria will be an analogy of what we will do in our respective segregated units. What we have been lacking in this country is True leadership.True Leadership inspires and fosters patriotism. Not all these divide and rule tactics we practice here.....
let's just hope this change is not just on media.....
You want Nigeria to remain the way it is due to her population and other advantages of being United and in the other hand your people will swear that a section of the country will never produce president in this country.A house built on faulty foundation cannot stand. If you truly want a great Nigeria, every citizen must be treated equally without regards to tribe or religion but without fairness and equity your dream of a great Nigeria is an illusion that will never come to pass.

There is no justification whatsoever for the octane level of hate directed at the igbo over the last few days by the Yoruba. Jonathan is not igbo, even if he is, I don't see the evil he did to Yoruba land. He appointed yours ministers, perm secs, ambassadors. Your oil moguls prospered under him. Lagos was left the only viable port even when the president is from the creeks. Your royals, culture and leaders were respected even when acute kleptomania left the likes of tinubu open to total demystification. It seems to me that his only wrong to you is hobnobing with the obstinate igbos. Or how else can one explain your mischivious penchant for tirelessly unloading on the igbos since jonathans defeat? Where are those things he did for the igbos he didn't do for yours? Did anybody annihilate the yorubas when they voted for Obasanjo against buhari. It is raw primitive hate, simple! Stop trying to sugar coat it!

Not possible in this time. Even if it were, I don't think the SS can co habit with the Igbos. It's glaring that many SS guys won't like to associate with Igbo. Asari and other South Southerners are identifying with Igbos now cos of how things have turned. That would be one hell of strange marriage with odd bedfellows......Firstly am from Igboland but secondarily sees myself as a Kaduna indigene by association. Don't wanna apply for visa to visit my beloved KD..Pls let's pray for one Nigeria and continue the march forward. God who put us together in this country will see us through.....Thank you.

There's this fact that I know... Numbers count for something. Countries with large population can use that as an advantage to greatness. When you have people you have potentials, the more people you have the more potentials you have. When you are able as a nation to manage the people you have you bring out the possibilities and greatness. Wise leaders do that, look at at Asian countries with little mineral resources but much larger population, see what they have done, see what they have become....

If we can overlook the divide that caused us so much hate, we can harness so much greatness and thrive to become among the greatest nations on the face of the earth
[/s]Just the way Nigeria is bigger the UK,France, germany,S.A,etc in population, but can't match any of them in any form or manner.

Have you lost your mind? Why shouldn't they co-habit when they did so for thousands of years before the contraption called Nigeria of just 100 years ago?

You're honestly an impostor. What is comical? I bet you don't know your own! You can say anything you wanna say, the old Eastern region and her people have known themselves and lived quietly for thousands of years, and forming in some instances hybrid tribes like in Opobo and Arochukwu. Why should it be difficult now?

And you lot have to wake up now cos the Igbos supported your son. See, if your people can forget that we lived that long and turned their back on the Igbos when they needed them most, then I see this your crusade as dead on arrival. It's a marriage of convenience and cannot stand the test of time which tests all true love. Some of you here are funny. You seem not to understand that even the Ikwerres and the Aniomas for instance, hate to be tagged Igbo talkless of associating with them.

My family lost some properties in Port Harcourt during the civil war. It was you folks who against all reason pitted yourselves against us and now you pick up your arms to side with us.....Please let's leave this country the way she is ooo. Heeeeem.

At least your ID is gradually coming out. Why are u ashamed of your ethnic group? We have lived for thousands of years with the Igbo peacefully and nothing is wrong going back to the ways GOD created us to live together. Who told you Aniomas are denying their Igboness? Even the Ikwerres are coming back home...Isaac Mahonwu and Igo Okparamma are executivess of Ohaneze Ndigbo today. Your line of argument is no longer convincing...it's very tiring
