A fire accident just occured on Ekpan bridge along refinery road, warri.
The car went into flames as a result of over-heating from its engine.
The owner of the car couldn't put off the fire early before rescuers could come as he had no fire extinguisher.

Sure it does and needs to be changed every 6months or 1year depending on the particular on you buy, for here if you carry expired extinguisher, the FINE wey you go pay na die.
