the best way to fix TP is at next possible support or resistance not all those ratio ratio thing. #MyOpinion

on point.forex trading is taking new shapes, some rules have to be blended to suit your trade. I for ones don't really fancy sticking with ratio things because if not used properly in practice, you may get burnt.

Imagine you saw a strong support or resistance zone and still went ahead to stick with ratio 1:3, sorry will be your next name by the time price got there and bounce back to hit your stop loss. Best is to use trail your trade by adjusting to break even, at the end of the day, if price knock you out at break even, you did not lose and if price breaks the support and resistance zone and continue moving to your direction, then good for you, you just have to continue trailing.this is how most traders now trade and before you know it, you will even banked over 1:8 or 1:10 as a result of trailing little by little instead of just allowing the price to move base on your static mind on risk reward of 1:3 or more.

The bone of contention here is to make sure you don't buy or sell when price is not oversold or overbought so you can manage your risk reward.most people buy when traders are selling and sell when traders are buying which is a major error newbies keep making.

U're my kind of person, Ezeigbo; how can I enter into the ocean for the singular purpose of having access to a greater amount of water, and I then I now cage myself within some 1% risk rule? I wouldn't even call that a rule, I'll rather see it as a tradition. And U know something about traditions? They're meant to be broken. I have such risk appetite that I ferret every possible pile when I can't find one. I've 'tasted blood' in Fx having made 50, and even 100% on my fund in less than 24 hours, so for me, I will rather find something else to do if by projection, I can only hope for less than 1,000% in Fx in 30 days.

From the EUR/GBP chart today, within the time range i assumed you open/entered the trade, the highest price is 0.71696 at around 9:30 am and the d the lowest price is 0.71425 around 11am. The pair only delivered 27 pips (if you had entered the trade at d highest price) within that 4hrs of your entering and hitting tp as against 40 pips you claimed sir. Please, am i missing out something here? i just need some clarifications or the trade parameter.

I usually give exact levels of tp and sl and it has happened 99% accurate, you can check my post and confirm it with the times those post where made. AM OVER 8 YEARS OLD IN THIS FOREX TRADING and am happy with the success so far. The Take profit was at 14DMA. Insert the default 14Day Moving Average and see things for yourself. I posted it in a haste because The market started moving immediately at that level of resistance, that was why i did not post the exact levels. Meanwhile EURGBP is higher in dollar relation than EURUSD, for instance, if eu gives 10pips it will be $10 but if EG gives 10pips, it will be around $12, google and read the reason for that.
