Adamawa
Borno
Bauchi
Yobe
Gombe

The states below will have both stream I and stream II. So ur HBP starts wen u c dat u are posted to either of dis states:
Akwa ibom
Benuee
Delta
FCT Abuja
Kaduna
Lagos
Niger
Ogun
