you cannot just blast the ball to the roof of the net. What you have standing in front of you is all called a goalkeeper not a ghost. Try blasting and it's either you send the ball to space or that goalie saves it. A panenka ensures that the keeper does not dive either direction to save your pk. Ronaldo can do a panenka but he avoids it Because he's too scared of missing a goal. Messi can also score from 40 yards as he has with several free kicks but it's easier for him to wriggle his way through bodies of defenders. This is genius.
