When he was asked how he would manage the economy considering the falling oil prices during the campaign, he said that fighting corruption will make enough money available. How do you know Buhari is a scam president? He hasn't been sworn in yet. It's one thing to have little confidence in his abilities to lead (just like I do) and it another to outrightly call him a scam.
