Saw a rev bar on the 30 mins but i decided not to take my profit n leave... U/C had since passed its Average Daily Range n i doubt it will go down anymore for today...
Didn't close the trade cos i wanted to see the effectiveness of using ADR to gauge movement.

Still bearish on the pair sha, maybe the news @ 19.00 WAT will be in my favour.... WHO KNOWS....

Though i think it will probably go up a little, range a bit then continue downward tomorrow if those @ d TOP will allow it sha.......

Please do not be confused,
Let me explain with
1, standard account.
2, $300
3, 1;500 leverage
4, 5% risk
You will trade with 0.03LOT size (10pips to $3), since you are risking $15 ie (5% of $300), you will need to set your stop loss at 50pips. (50pips= $15) at 0.03Lot size

On the other hand, you can split your trade by trading with 0.01LOT size 3 times on 3 different pairs if your system gives you signals on 3 pairs and use 50pips stop loss on each. (50pip= $5) at 0.01LOT size. $5x3= $15

Moreover, you can trade with 0.01LOT size and use a stop loss of 150pips if your TRADING STRATEGY says you must put stop loss at 150pips.
.(150pips= $15) at 0.01Lot size

I hope this makes sense?
Note;
To calculate 10% of 300, just remove one 0 from 300 and what you have is 30, so 10% of 300 is 30. 10%/2= 5% also $30/2= $15, hence 5% of 300 is $15.
This is simple elementary mathematics.

Iheanyi that is nice trade but remember that momentum and price action is the best to follow. Trying to predict future price may not work always because price action is chaotic in nature.

You may want to check your S&P long, the DAX has lost 300 pts today, the Mib down by 400+ even the snaily CAC 40 down vy over 90 points. The S&P could go down by up to 50 pts today. I am hoping the DJIA will pour down as much as 700 between today and tomorrow.

It feels like it is pointless trading currencies in any other tf other than the daily. I think I have to work on my patience and trade my two babies on the daily.

Yes it is true that daily tf is noiseless and easy to trade but you have to consider the drawback on daily tf. I hv notice that most trade on daily tf always goback to my stoploss b4 reversing to its trend. You hv to use sl upto 170 pips to nuetralize the noise on daily tf.
