GMB was addressing NASS members during their induction course, where he mentioned 8 challenges that his administration will face on assumption of office. These include Falling oil prices, Insecurity, Youth Unemployment, Power, De-industrialization, Environmental Pollution in ND, Rebuilding of ravaged NE, etc.

Typically, though, the media has singled out Falling Oil Price so as to create a sensational headline. Baba is not making any excuses, he was simply being pragmatic and calling on the Legislature to join/support the Executive as developmental partners to tackle these 8 challenges.

There is no place in that article that the General said his agenda was threatened. He simply highlighted Challenges, something every corporate leader (whether in private business or public service) does. You need to be objective about the challenges, so you can come up with the right strategies to tackle them.

Stop commenting based on headlines, please always read the body of the article.

Why does the Nigerian media loves making fake headlines like that anyway. undecided Oh right probably to give ldiots like the ones flooding this thread excuses to start talking nonsense.

Anyway i trust that the intelligent people know what to deduce from this article, while the ldiots continue to rant here thinking they've got a point.

That's GMB story listing to my own;

Amazing Story:
I was invited to the office of a Barrister who wants to know
more about RUZU BITTERS and also take me by my words.
On that day, the Barrister bought 2 bottles and sent me to go
& deliver another 2 bottles to a Stroke Patient which I did.
I was welcomed into the Bedroom of this Stroke Patient & I
delivered the drink. 2 weeks after, He went to Church(he has
not been to church for a long time). Hallelujah!
Getting to 4 weeks, I was in his house on Friday (24th April)
& to my greatest surprise, I was asked to wait for Daddy in
the Sitting Room & here comes daddy, who walked into the
sitting and bought more RUZU BITTERS from me.
Do you know anyone with STROKE , DIABETES, PILE &
OTHERS. Get cartons of RUZU BITTERS HERBAL for them, by
the Grace of God RUZU will lower the blood level & the Sugar
level. It is working.
NB:
Ladies and gentlemen, people call it wonder natural drug, or
miracle drug. But it's a product that is 100% natural has
been worked on for the past 8 years to ensure its in the best
state for the body. It manages the blood sugar level enabling
the pancreas secrete insulin, detoxifies the body allowing
free blood flow, takes care of bacterial, fungal infections
hence it can deal with (diabetes, High BP, hypertension,
jaundice, body aches and pains, infertility in men & women,
etc).
Kindly put a bottle in someone's hand today, and they'll
forever thank you.

Nigerian press is the worst worldwide. I listened to the speech and never saw where this man showed fear nor anxiety rather he was admonishing them to support him in his quest to take Nigeria out from it's current dismal position. Still TANkids have found another headline they will feed on. I urge Seun to sack all his mods and do this job himself even if it will make only 3 front page posts per day.
The same press that was a bottleneck to GEJ.... He's gotta bear it as this is the erA of FOI , press freedom and freedom of expression.

Since the president-elect gmb won the April 11th poll, he has sort of been pessimistic and always giving reasons why much should not expected of his administration. In a clear language he has said the north east and west are his priorities. He has not been hopeful, enthusiastic and passionate as he ought for an incoming president. Honestly, I just hope we have not got ourselves shrewd.
Nigerians are aware of the problems and before GMB decided to run for the office of the president of FGN, he ought to know the position is demanding and Nigerians needed a problem solver not feeble-mindedness gay. We are tired of excuses, he should think of fulfulling his promises as contained in the APC manifesto because that was what won him the mandate and stop all these excuses not even, before his administration had began.

The rate at which this man is giving excuses, by May 29 he will just tell us point blank not to expect anything better from his regime than what has been happening since 1960.

Well he can also look into this;

Apart from Probing NNPC the president-elect should also visit the issue of oil block
Ownership when he assumes office. More than 85% oil blocks are owned by northern individuals.
The licences of most of them are soon to expire.

Individuals should stop owning oil blocks some receive as much as 2-4 billion naira monthly on these blocks for no work done.

The real owners of the oil blocks are the communities where these oil blocks are found and some compensation should be given to them
like royalty also to carry out development in these region. Its theirs its only right thinking for them to gain from their land.

NNPC should unveil oil block owners.

That is an unjust act on SS people, worse than this missing $20bn NNPC thing , we are currently talking about.

Crazy to think some individual just sleep in their house and every month receive upto about 4 Billion Naira for no work done,

not even having any affiliation with the oil community land owners. The system is so sickening.

I think he is saying it so that nobody sees him as God as many have been made to believe.
