I tire o. I don't know what is wrong with some of our brothers. What da hell is "pipeline surveilance contract"? We are talking of Resource control and True Federalism, they are talking peanuts.

Its everything...though I agree peanut when 85% of oil blocks are own by the northern individuals and their family. Receiving about 2 billion monthly.......whats suppose to be for the communities that truly own the oil and other compensation because of environmental degradation etc

Some people are just allergic to the truth.
While GEJ neglected the ND for 5 years, some state in the SW were busy building new airport and seaports.
Just see what is happening in Ogun state.

What is happening in Ogun state does not compare with what has happened in AKS.

Ogun state benefits from its proximity to Lagos, some people are quick to forget that.

This is just the point and the bitter truth. Jonathan has been in power for 5 yrs now with almost nothing to show in the region. I still cannot believe that Jonathan could not build and finish Ibaka Seaport at Akwa Ibom and now he is about to leave. This is just astonishing!

Too many Distraction from Boko Haram!

You are only joking!! Obj was fought has down and he could not do anything...

The militant brought down Nigeria's daily oil production from 2.3m barrels a day to mere 600,000 thousand barrels (droped by about 75%)

sorry to say, it will happening untill 2019.

We need full resource control!!!

Just see what is happening in Ogun state.

Early, the SW lost Speaker position, no thanks to Tinubu who used his ACN to ensure that Tambuwal from northwest emerged Speaker.

Subsequently, SW blackmailed Jonathan with all sorts of talks that Jonathan was marginalizing SW. From then Jonathan tried to placate the SW with goodies upon goodies even at the neglect of SS, even up till election time when Jonathan spread huge sums of money in the SW region for campaign. But at last, the SW made its allies and Jonathan lost in the SW, which led to his loss of the election.

Someone said we are our own enemy in this thread and I totally agree with him. I wonder why we humans act the way we do. Sometyms I feel ashamed of my fellow tribe men (urhobos) cause greed and selfish interest has been their path since the days of Moses. take for instant the just concluded Governorship election where two Urhobos battling against one Delta Igbo. non refuse stepping down for the other so as to enable any of them win cause of greed. To add salt to injury many urhobo kings and elders sold their dignity and rights on daily basis, putting their people in poverty and suffering despite so many urhobo communities rich in crude oil. The resources are not under the control of the local communities if they are only retaining 13% and then relying on the goodwill of the Federal government to give them bits and pieces by way of NDDC. Of course, this is after the Federal government has wasted much of it on its on upkeep.
