i was at waltercarrington today for the interview, but they could not interview all of us. so they assured that we would be rescheduled on a later date. we were told that the excos had a meeting they could nt miss.

I just received my invite for enquiry officer role on the 4th of may. but I have some issues...

They noted in the mail that those without original school cert will not be allowed to continue with the recruitment... The issue now is, original certificate from my school is never ready until after 4 years and I graduated 2012. in fact that of my brother that graduated numerous years before me only got ready like last month. But the school gives a signed statement of result that indicates the above and confirms it should be used till the original is ready.

It was actually what I submitted before the test and I was allowed to write. Now after passing that hard test they want to dump me.

I don't even understand why they are insisting? because the NYSC certificate should be an indication that I actually have the degree, if not I would not have gone through NYSC.

18wheeler please come o and I will appreciate input from anyone else that knows about this or have experience. I'm confused, don't know what to do.

I suppose by "School Cert" they meant "Senior School Certificate"- WAEC/NECO Cert.

...or did the mail explicitly say "BSc Cert"?

They mean BSc cert... The original from school

Its very easy. You've passed the hard part already. Just impress with your appearance, your carriage and confidence. Its just to afford top management, who are the image of the bank, the opportunity to meet their next employee. Nothing out of the ordinary but easy to flunk. As a matter of experience, mine was a personal discussion of how I was coping with unemployment and putting a new wife thru school because that was my situation then. Its all about knowing yourself properly and how you will use 'you' to advance the bank and yourself.
Dress properly but moderately, exhude confidence, ask intelligent questions when required, listen, answer without exaggerating, and you're home and dry. Wish you the best.

I was initially billed for Thursday 30th, only to get another mail late Monday that the chat was rescheduled to hold a day earlier.(Wednesday 29th).

The reschedule caused a little issue with my itinerary for the week...hence my lateness.

Met only 2candidates on queue- a lady and 1 guy who told me some other people had been chatted earlier.

Thank God everything went well.

The reason given was that they were still doing interviews & the EXCOs were unavailable..Still expecting the mail bruv, so a tad worried...& also surprised that some people actually had their chat on that same Wednesday..

Yea, they did chat some of us Wednesday but apparently you're being considered for a different role.

I don't think you're alone in this one, as a number of people earlier billed for Wednesday also had their EXCO Chat rescheduled, going by what I read on previous pages. Some had even got to the venue before being told.

You don't have to be worried brother, just hold on to their words. They'll definitely contact you again as promised, and well ahead of the new date I'm sure.
