I liked his post before but had to unlike after I saw how he ended it.

Caring babies with disabilities require more pay because it is so much more difficult than with normal babies. I guess she wanted the money but didn't want to do the work. I guess she intentionally left the baby in the tub and turned on the hot water. There is no mistake in the hot water being hot...nor the cold water being cold...either would kill the baby. Maybe she got confused and turned on the hot instead of the cold. ....either can have the same end result but one gruesome...the other not obvious. Hmmm....mistake?...trying to run? Her going to jail for a lonnnggg time would be the easy part.....baby killers are the most hated in US prisons....they are waiting for her.

The woman may have had the baby in the tub while the water was filling up and she didn't realize the temp wasn't right
The water may have felt right at first then got hotter
It's happened to everyone

Death penalty is not the first bus stop even in the red hot state of Texas, the case has to be proven that she did it on purpose and was pre-meditated, and that still won't make it a straight forward death penalty case.

I guarantee you that they can't even get first degree murder conviction(which may carry death penalty)out of this, and even second degree murder will be a stretch. The most she would be convicted of will be manslaughter or criminal negligence.

I'm 110% sure that she won't get even life imprisonment, worst cases have walked and the most she will get will be between 5-25 years with parole eligibility in half the time.
