Good morning brethren.

I'm very excited to announce that Our 21 day novena starts on Sunday, 10th of May,2015 and ends on the 30th of May, 2015
Each day,We'll say our Novena prayer(which will be posted shortly), 10 Hail Mary, and psalm 138

While Psalm 138 will be our common psalm, you may propose any psalm you want us to pray for you with
Please let us know your psalm before that date so I can compile them and post here on your chosen date.

May The Lord hear and answer us in his infinite mercy as we pray in unison.
Mathew18:19 "Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask for, it shall be done for them by my father in heaven"

Daily novena prayer.

O God, infinite beauty. Wretched as we are, we approach in humility your throne, with thanksgiving and pettition. Thanksgiving for the numerous mercies received from you, and petition for the many needs that weigh heavily on us. Look kindly upon our prayers, especially that of.........who we pray for today and of mine(you may add yours) through the merits of the passion of your son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Pray for us dearest mother Mary, as we offer you this ten roses of hail mary, with eyes filled with hope and fillial love. Amen.

Psalm 138
I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; before the “gods” I will sing your praise.
I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your unfailing love and your faithfulness,for you have so exalted your solemn decree that it surpasses your fame.
When I called, you answered me; you greatly emboldened me.
May all the kings of the earth praise you, Lord,when they hear what you have decreed.
May they sing of the ways of the Lord, for the glory of the Lord is great.
Though the Lord is exalted, he looks kindly on the lowly; though lofty, he sees them from afar.

Question: What's your view on the existence of darkness? Do you think it was not created?

there is a good reason I didn't comment on the issue of darkness.

It is a funny case.

Darkness is like a default mode, I don't think it was created on it own, it is no a "creation" per say, Gen 1:1 says

In the begining God created the heavens and the earth.

The moment it mention creation of heavens and earth it immediately assumes that darkness was the default mode. Darkness is not a thing, it simply a absence of a thing. It is the default mode of creation that is why the first word gen records is
"Let the be light".

Light is not the natural mode of the created world darkness is, light is trully speaking the created thing.




Anyway it is a silly philosophical discuss.

Darkness is like evil, it isn't a thing, it is just the absence of true good, evil is another thing not created it is the absence of something, the next mode once "good" disappears.
