The truth is amnesty need to be stop completely. Thousands of graduate are coming out of universities in Niger delta with no jobs, no stable power supply, 64% of able body youth are jobless. If buhari doesn't stop amnesty one day Nigeria will be too hot for anyone to stay, the so few rich people will be scared to come out of their home for fear of unknown kidnappers, thugs and hoodlums s going to be everywhere. Is better if resources are shared equally. |

handsometokunbo: You story is a typical reverse case.... We built & dominate lekki, ajah, park view, omole, victoria island, ikoyi, surulere, festac etc. Did you say if great igbo leaves the south west, that the yolobaz would have jobs.....Looool,what kinda job if i may ask¿....Lazy men you see walking up & down the street, looking for whom to rub/gamble/smoke weed it. The only reason the yolobaz cannot come down to leave in the south east is because they can't compete in any level of business with an average igbo man,but we've proved to be the only strong tribe in Africa that has gone back & forth with any discovery around the world... A yoloba man only knows canada & uk(london),but igbos has revolved round the world. South east has the highest per capital income in Nigeria & there isn't much disparity between the rich & the poor. We don't depend on our government, rather we even help our government in some cases....Come down to places like Nnewi, igboukwu, awka etiti & see where individuals build road for their community without the help of government. |

Amnesty is nearly 8 years . If I was 25 when it started and am still getting paid what about those who are now 25 and were 17 8 years ago . Are they too to blow up a few pipelines in lieu of application/registration. I think the money should remain in the Niger Delta for EVERYONE in fact the militants should be the LAST to benefit. If the militantsare settled what about those who are just coming up aged 17,18,19. In the SW ogun State can start bombing any truck carrying containers unless they are settled so that is a crazy model. The reason it is sustained is not because Nigeria lost but because an Ijaw man is President and they know it. The reality now is If it becomes a fight for the very existence of the country. The Ijaw might never recover,They do not have the resilience or population of the Eboes and ultimately another group will inherit the land from them |

ki02020:I must say you just wrote what I had in mind. I find it hard to comprehend why many Nigerians live in self denial. Believing so strongly in unsustainable approach to issues with long term problems/effects. The environmental degradation which is a key point for the N/D struggle is even more perpetuated recently by people from the region. The contractors among them arm twist the IOC's to get cleanup/restoration contracts then do next to nothing in the affected areas. This has been the trend since the arms struggle. Some others are into oil theft and illegal refining. Any sane Nigerian regardless of ethnic background would almost weep on seeing the level of degradation going on in the creeks under guise of "na we land, na we oyel". |
These men tactically saw to the end of Biafra. I forgot to add that Yoruba battalion leader that used 127 soldiers to send Biafra back to their slum site from Ore. We might be needing him too. Truth is you and I know the military can always take care of you rats, but you want to keep arguing it's a rag-tag Army and I don't want to join issues with you over that. I'll simply hold on to those top generals and politicians dealing terribly with you, even if takes paying external mercenary. Abi ND militants still strong pass American army?[/quote |

mcquin: mcquin: haaaaa..127 yoluba soldiers...and they couldn't get promoted... and started to cry...if a hear... dat Na story for d gods...from a yoluba man and again, u seem not to get it... u think fight is boxing when it comes to war?? no ...take a look at d Libyan army who were disgraced by d same people dey looked down upon...military men are just flesh and blood as u and I...okay!!! As for america, no p...take america, we take Russia...and if Russia decides to support you, America comes to us... And take note dat d only reason they go to the creek is so as to avoid cross battle with the defenseless citizens...and if d government does anything like odi again, we would go to Ibadan with little or no ss and se AND LEVEL THERE!!! |

sauceny:You revolve around the world selling drugs. We are in the north and Akwa Ibom we have no interest in the SE because the land is godforsaken and cursed. Your are traders and not businessmen.Sadly you never grasp what that means. Where are you in manufacturing, telecomms, oil and gas,the money market, the stock market, agriculture. Always you deceive yourselves about "businesss" but you are TRADERS at the bottom of the food chain. The biggest produce sold in Nigeria is FOOD are you involved in food production? how can you when your land is cursed. You hear of Fulanis killing people for cows you think it is a joke? No it is business i.e production ,distribution. For you if a container is not involved it is not business. Funny peeps. What is happening to Slok airlines? Where are you in IT,? Yet you are forever boasting. The biggest businessmen are the Northern farmers deal with it 1 Like 1 Share |

klevjey: Why |
Re: Ayiri Emami Urges Buhari To End Amnesty Program For Ex Militants by mcquin(m): 12:00pm On May 02, 2015 |
klevjey: Atleast we know the SE you talked about joining you was sent back to their gully site by 127 soldiers and were later giver only 3pounds to appease them after seizing their property and killing many with hunger. Now I don't know what Russia will want to do with you guys. Will Russia want to engage America and the world because of SS? I doubt. Odi first happened and you never crossed Abia talk more of getting to Ibadan. Well you won't even want to start a fight with the SW. Atleast I know SW used 127soldiers to stop a country from seizing Ore. Obj even pitied you guys then as he is from the South, I wonder if Northern ruler as Buhari will be that patient. And infact you talked about going to Ibadan if Odi reoccurs, what happened to going to Kano or Katsina to express your anger over another Odi? Know this, the 300-1000militants in ND; even if everyone in ND turns militant, can never battle members of the Nigerian Army. Get that into your thick skull. If you doubt that, open a thread comparing both your Militant boys and Men of the Nigerian Armed Forces, then wait for responses. 1 Like |

omonnakoda: Dude you aren't abreast with the recent happenings in & around of Nigeria.... Igbos are in oil, bank, telecommunications, farming & stuffz. Igbos are the only tribe that has produced billionaires & millionaires that has started from the bottom, not a situation were all the northern & western Nigeria billionaires all got their business capital from government fund/public office embezzlement (apart from mko abiola). Remember i told you the only reason why yolobaz cannot leave in the east is because "You guyz don't have the will power to succeed in the challenge",we think like King Solomon....So you guys had to go places like akwa ibom or any other northern part because of the soft landing where y'all can compete to the level of your will power & brain A pussycat cannot compete with a Lion in the jungle. |
Re: Ayiri Emami Urges Buhari To End Amnesty Program For Ex Militants by omonnakoda: 12:23pm On May 02, 2015 |
sauceny: Since the SE is such a great place why are you all running away? How can we compete with a baby factory that is indeed Solomonic thinking. What is the highest IGR in any SE state? Is it anywhere near OGun State. Surely if business was so good in the SE your government should raise taxes ? We know from folk like you that; "Onitsha market is the biggest in the Milky Way and Angelina Jolie buys shoes there and that Orji Uzor Kalu is so rich the Central Bank of Nigeria was overwhelmed and literally begged him to take his wealth to the World Bank where he now banks" These and similar fantasies we learn from you. You are a useful source of merriment on a boring or tedious day 1 Like |

omonnakoda: You see the reason why i said you aren't abreast. Igbos like to expand their horizon, unlike a yoloba man that barely leaves the shores of ibadan or lagos. At every cork roll, every yoloba living soul ought to bow down & keep thanking God for the development we have brought to lagos of no mans land. 65% infrastructure was built by igbos #fact |
