A slice of wholemeal brown bread, look-alike fried egg (no oil used &prepared with a non-stick pan) with a sprinkle of black pepper and salad cress, grapes, cucumber slices, ham, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and an orange.

do you know I checked it out, Brown bread is not that much healthier than white bread. Ditto with brown and white rice.
I gave up eating the brownies after that because they weren't my favorite. So no need punishing myself eating them while longing for the whities.
Just small quantity.
