Notable Igbo leaders, including retired army generals, led by the former President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Dr Dozie Ikedife, have appealed to the president-elect, General Muhammadu Buhari, to give Ndigbo their pride of place in his in-coming administration, not minding that Ndigbo did not give him massive vote during the just concluded presidential election.http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/05/ikedife-ex-ohanaeze-boss-leads-ndigbo-to-buhari-pledges-igbo-loyalty/ 1 Like |

Buhari can go to hell with his government. The Igbos that I know have never depended on government. They are hardworking and industrious. The Igbos visiting 'Baba Brainless' to make all silly comments are doing so for their selfish and greedy selves 28 Likes 5 Shares |

Splashme:Sadly, you are totally irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. Igbo leaders know better and are trying to chart a course for the collective benefit of the entire Ndigbo while all inconsequential dolts like you do is to stay behind some keyboard and inundate cyberspace with rour silly rants. 86 Likes 2 Shares |

Splashme: there is nothing wrong about Igbo leaders visiting the President-Elect because Nigeria belongs to ALL of us whether Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa. The president-elect is not for only those that voted for him, he is for all. However, they erred by asking to be featured in his government. A responsible government do not need such reminder before obeying the laws of equitable distribution of the dividend of democracy to all Nigerians. 13 Likes |

Egocentric and act of betrayal I smell. They forget the country politics won't function effectively if opposition don't solidify their grounds. GMB not having more votes from the SS and SE doesn't mean he will neglect the region. This democracy era, we have the right to vote for whom our heart chooses, and whomever wins doesn't make you(opposition) an exception to benefit from her deveopment SS are watching SE leaders; think of the future and not your pocket. 2 Likes |
