I think the potential impact of the acquisition on the bottom line will become more evident as from first or second quater of 2015. So the acquisition may not boost their trailing quarter reports for 2014, IMO.

I think otherwise. I expect acquisition to positively impact the result for the year. Mainstreet bank had returned to profitability prior to the acquisition. The impact should be additive. I agree with you that it will become more evident in subsequent quarters of 2015 though. Immediate impact in 2014 audited should appear in the form of gross revenues, deposits and bottom line (to a remarkable extent). As I earlier indicated, this thought line informed my buying spree in the past weeks. Anyway, we await the result. Fingers crossed.
