Northern part of the country remains the only place where you can live a good life with very little income. Job opportunities there aren't scarce either coz literacy level is low as such gettin a job ain't as hard as it is in other parts...

Good morning ma'am! As regards your question, so far the lady in question has started her service, she could officially or unofficially make an arrangement with the officials in charge and provide her reasons for exemption! The bottom line is, when she gets to that bridge, she'll cross it!
