They allocated a certain ammount of money towards getting attack helicopters that ammount of money was not enough to consider the Tiger, Rooivalk, Z-10 or Apache.

These 3 helos are in the same price range (Z-10 costs the most). A price range that Brazil could not meet to complete an order of the size they needed

They can afford 100 Rooivalks if they want it, Brazilian spending on weapons/equipment is 5 times more than South Africa

The acquisition of new attack helicopters was not allocated the budget to be able to afford the Rooivalk, Apache, Z-10 or Tiger.

Their budget is being spent on things like Aircraft carriers, over 60 Gripen, new tactical transports and nuclear submarines.

Dude, nobody said its peddling false information, in fact I quite like that site, although it does get outdated regularly. Its run by a business consultant in his spare time, he also runs the SAAF forum so yes he has much higher priorities than updating a site everyday.
