What's the rating of your phone. It probably has a low ram storage.

Did you run a system upgrade? The patch might make some apps get corrupted.
Try rebooting the phone if it doesn't work try starting up your phone in safe mode()this can be done by turning off your phone and pressing the power button for 3 secs after you put the phone on=
Try disabling third-party applications as it usually causes conflict with wireless applications.

my techno m3 android is always selecting chargers. if I buy one today and it works fine it may not work in 3 days time. some friends of mine who use techno of another version complained the same thing to me. plz wat can we do?

Two common problems are faulty cords or broken charging ports.
If no indicators appear it's quite possible the charging cord is bad. If you suspect a bad port, try wiggling the portion that connects to the phone. The phone may switch over from charging to not charging repeatedly;
this is an indication the port may be bad.

You will try to clear the cache or factory reset.
Put off your phone.. Then press the power button and the +volume button simultaneously till you see your screen loading.
It will load an environment.
Select recovery
Then under recovery select factory reset... Under factory reset select yes.

Then select reboot phone.

Hope that solves the problem.

If it doesn't follow the same process but this time clear cahce memory.

am using lenovo p770, it getting open apps on its own. sometimes keep accessing fone contacts and calling.

That's the work of a Trojan Horse or virus.

Connect your phone to a pc with a USB and try scanning it through the computer system..
Next step
Try installing an anti-virus in ur phone and do a complete scan.

Try using a new cord or a cord that works well with other phones.

Another reason could be the port you connected the USB to.. Could be the system didn't detect it. Try changing the USB to another port or another system.

NB.. it is necessary to turn on USB mode in your phone and OK data transfer.


If all these doesn't work your phone charging port is probably bad.

Get it to a repairer.. Nice you already know the problem

I use infinix hot and there are these messages that keep coming in each time I reboot or switch on my phone. I have cleaned cache, force stop, and even cleared the message app memory yet they keep coming. The funny thing is that even without sim card inside the phone, they will still come in

The driver for data transfer is probably misbehaving.
Go to the apps store and download USB drivers for Android.
Let me know if this fixes the problem.

Try factory reset..

What did you do before it stopped working.. Is the Bluetooth and WiFi grayed out? Let me know if it's hardware or software problem.

I use techno p5..if I charge it full within 3hrs d battery will run down..and at times it wil jst go off.. help pls

Does the phone get hot?
The processor usage is probably too high.
I recommend downloading DU Speed and battery doctor.
That will put a check to that malfunction.
