Hello Lovely people!! Here are some basic tips that assure healthy skin. 1. Start your day with washing your face with a face wash that suits your skin type. 2. Use a toner, only for dry skin. 3. Moisturize your skin after washing your face. Make sure the moisturizer is gel based or mild. You can use heavy moisturizer during night. 4. Treat your acne: According to your skin type treat your acne by going for one of these options: a. Buy acne treating creams, gels, etc. b. Visit your dermatologist: If you have an acne prone skin since long may be you should see a dermatologist (skin specialist) c. Make face pack for your skin type. 5. Use sunscreen that protects your skin from UVA and UVB rays and has an SPF best suitable for the weather. 6. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE: Your hands contain germs and bacteria which may lead to breakouts on your skin. 7. Drink plenty of water. 8 to 10 glasses a day. This not only makes your skin glow but also protects you from various other sickness like digestion, kidney stone formation, etc. 8. Remove all your makeup before bedtime: I know its really hard sometimes but its a must for your skin. 9. Have a healthy diet: Try avoiding junk food, soda, alcoholic beverage as much as possible. Have fresh vegetables and fruits in your meal. 9. Love yourself: Apart from all these tips the greatest tip I would give is, no matter what colour, size, shape you are. You are beautiful! And you can make yourself even more beautiful by simply taking care of your skin and your entire self.
