We have heard all these stories of sales for years.

No single F-35 is in full service anywhere in the world.....NOT even 1, then you talk about 3,000.....LOL....na you go pay for the jet?
.
People don't go into garages, back yards etc to buy equipment and bring trainers cause they operate what they bought.

More 100 F-35 have produced and are used for training and OT&E. It will going into service this year.

Dude just because you have 11 F-7s doesnt mean all of them are operational, I have proved that we have 14 operational Gripens and 12 in Rotation, so yes you need 14 pilots to fly 14 plane, or am i wrong?

You on the other hand have yet to show that NAF has more than 3 operational F-7 fighters.

Ill say it again, you lack common sense.

Show us a source that says NAF has any single F-7 non-operational and has shortage of pilots at anytime. I posted such data and sources for SAAF Gripens, you have NO SINGLE SOURCE TO SHOW SUCH FOR NAF F-7 JETS grin grin

I have asked 20 times in 3 days, but you failed to provide one single source to back your claim, SO YOUR CASE IS HEREBY DISMISSED FOR LACK OF EVIDENCE....that is how justice system works universally.

CONCLUSION : All 11 NAF-7 jets have are operational and have enough pilots for all jets.

CASE CLOSED !

Can you post a source for each air force in Africa announcing that they don't have pilots shortage? Please do.

The only news that gets published is problem problem, e.g. SAAF has critical pilots shortage, yes such gets published, like this one :

"By 2013, around half of the SAAF’s front line force of 26 Saab Gripens – 17 single-seat Gripen Cs and nine two-seater Ds – had been placed in storage. An estimated six to 10 were available for flight, but a shortage of pilots meant only around six were capable of being flown on any one day."

They'll be phased out.

Multi-years contracts the F-35 production line will be opened for many years to come.

If America needed 3000 F-35 this they can produce them.

Defenceweb, your respected source says your government minister declared SAAF FROZE A DOZEN GRIPEN JETS IN ICE....

"Twelve of the South African Air Force’s 26 Gripen fighter jets are in long-term storage, according to defence minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, as the Air Force does not have the funding to fly them."

Pictoral evidence of Mokopa from DENEL laboratory existed since years ago when SAAF never ordered them.

Even Rooivalk photo shows the testing. Means produced by DENEL not purchased by SAAF.

Your poorly armed air force has NO SINGLE air to surface missiles.

I like the colours of those rubber duds you posted mounted on Rooivalk, never knew dud Mokopa is so nice at the air show marketing display
.

Why is it being displayed with SANDF equipment then?

Because it is the most complex design in the world with one jet coming in 3 forms.

Development takes time. Jets dont just appear on runways by magic

The new tank will weigh 48 tons and could hit speeds of more than 50 miles per hour, according to a spec sheet released by Russia's TASS news agency and translated by the U.S. Army's Foreign Military Studies Office. The three-person tank will be able to fire up to 12 rounds per minute from a 125 mm main gun that can fire multiple types of munitions, including guided missiles, with a range topping out at 8,000 meters.
High-tech highlights include circular-view cameras, a heat sensor and the Afganit active protection complex, which reportedly uses radar to detect incoming threats and destroys them with a rocket.
Abrams variants weigh in between 65 and 70 tons, according to General Dynamics Land Systems spec sheets, with a top speed of just more than 40 mph.

The vehicle with an unmanned turret armed with a brand new 125 mm smoothbore cannon, which is the most powerful gun of its kind to date in terms of muzzle energy."

I will ask again.

What evidence do you have to support this ludicrous claim?

Its capabilities are nothing special and are in service with multiple pre-existing tanks, its protection unknown, its FCS is unknown, its gun and projectile types are unknown, its performance is unknown, everything apart from what it looks like and general capabilities are unknown.

This is just another example of your mindless obsession with Russian equipment. You say its the best because it is Russian, that is all.

Yet again I ask, who but an video game warrior would pose such a nonsensical question as "the strongest army"? Any where. All the intelligent people posing and answering legit questions here, you're being had. This thread is all about generating traffic. For example the character who calls himself "agaugust" is nothing but a clever troll. Not Augustine over at Beegeagle; but some inconsequential troll deliberately driving traffic here by posting nonsense.

Why not a thread that discusses African armies as they are, and wht they could be, instead of this crap?

Well done webmaster. Will continue posting pics periodically, as that thread is enjoyable and credible enough.

This is simple fact, there is no argument here. I dont care about your opinion so stop posting it.
