Hello fellow nairalanders, on April 1st, I placed an order for a gold iPhone 6 16gb costing N160,000. On paying with my card tru quickteller, I received an error message on the jumia website that "the amount paid was not equal to the amount requested". I couldn't fund a good explanation to suit the message since all my card details were provided and they went on to deduct the said amount. I then went on to contact the customer care service which requested for card reversal details. Till date, I'm yet to receive any refund. I keep calling them and they always say the issue will be "escalated" to the appropriate department. It's over a month month now and still no money. Any possible help from y'all as to what to do would be appreciated.

lodge your complaints through the appropriate channels...
Maybe you start from the CAC, CPC, your bank and all...

Tweet them the complaint on their twitter page @jumiaNigeria , they would sort it out quickly for you... Or pm me let me help you resolve it asap.

Jumia sold a fake unbranded 20000mah power bank that can't charge a 2300mah phone. I dislike jumia because that not what i ordered for.

OP... its a minor issue if you ask me... whenever such happens, your bank and Jumia should be contacted.... Pls get me your Order Number, promise u will get your Money back ASAP...

My money hasn't still been refunded. All attempts at contacting them ends up with an apology and telling me to wait for another 7-10 working days. This is really sad and painful. Is there any way one could contact the guys doing the card reversal? Cos the customer care ladies don't forward calls to other departments.

I need help pls. I ordered a leagoo m9 worth #23, 880(including shipping fee) using a Jumia agent during the black Friday. The phone was delivered to me and when I went to the Jumia pickup center in Ilorin, I paid and I was given the package to check, and as I opened, I found out that it was leagoo kiicaa power that was in the box and not the leagoo m9 I told the agent to order for. I called the agent and he apologized and the people at the pickup center told me to tell him to call customer care that they'll give me a refund. I left with my package and called the agent and told him to call customer care. I later called the next day to find out if he has done it but he ignored my calls.
