Ohammed199 simply apply to have admission in an advanced diploma. These VOS don't like hearing bachelors... And you have a 4year gap since u did waec as u stated. Include ur present OND course as evidence of current situation...and why u want to switch to a better environment et al. And they never ticked "trustful less documents" as u have called it... I tot I saw ur denial letter.. U can notarize documents dis time though if it gives u more confidence. |

A lot of people make the mistake of making deposits into their bank accounts prior to visa application; this action is called "Money Lodgement" which is an express ground for visa refusal: Do not naively commit this violation (by depositing lump sums of money into an account which apparently stands in isolation) for presentation purpose. Such account does not meet the requirement of an acceptable bank statement so, applying for a visa with it will only give you a definite result, REFUSAL. By Vicjustice This is not quite true, if a lump sum lodgement in an account is backed up be documentary evidence such as Maturity of Savings Bonds, sale of property, rental agreements - all tis will be taken into consideration, especially in study applications where VO's recognise that in genuine applications parents will have been planning this for a long time and may have had money tied up in Bonds, shares and property and other saving accounts - as long as the 'evidence trail' is visible and plain to see VO's will of course take this into consideration. 1 Like |

@ohammed199 no even read d denial letter...lol.. Buh I'm sure dey didn't tick it. He tot all that's listed in the letter is d reason instead of the ticked ones. It really hurts me to see he is in a very good position but he made mistakes and didn't give proper attention to detail before he refires. He only picks a reason and solves it and refiire neglecting other reaasons.. tnuola: |

ugosh: In order to clarify this issue, I sent a mail to university of calgary informing them that I plan to earn a graduate certificate and their response is quoted below: "Yes that will help you. You would need to make sure you have a supervisor in the department who would be willing to take you and we would still need to do a memo to Graduate Studies to recommend your admission as your undergrad does not meet the minimum" So I think some schools if not all accept the graduate certificate from a college for masters application. 1 Like |

Going for an Advance diploma would have just been perfect while fixing other loopholes like @hayquinsbFX mentioned and he should also calm down and apply for jan. Intake like madame @tnuola said. Tendering his OND result would even bring more good than harm. Wondering why he is hiding it in his apps. hayqinsbFX: 2 Likes |

Baba...no dey talk notarize application...like its ur problem now.... I can remember warning u prior to ur submission d last time buh u were too strong on what u wanted to hold on to. An sop is also not your problem or is it the issue. Even if u haven't finished d program u can state u want to continue there so far d courses are related. U will have to include evidences of current student status in ur OND. Applying for an adv diploma with d earlier reasons wud have changed ur circumstance drastically from ur previous app which wud put u in a beter situation. ohammed199: 2 Likes 1 Share |

MickinAbuja:It would have been good to understand what you quoted in its context before before judging it. There is difference between "depositing lump sums of money into an account which apparently stands in isolation for presentation purpose" and the scenario that you explained. Other people who had read my post understood what i meant by "Money Lodgement" hence none have objected. 1 Like |

Lucky12g: For a 1 year prog you're eligible for a 1year pgwp, for a 2yr prog you're eligible for a 3yr pgwp. You either take a straight 2year prog, or two 1year progs respectively. Pgwp - post graduate work permit 1 Like |
