Hi.
Am having an issue with my infinix Zero, i first noticed that it goes off on it's own most times when in my pocket. I just assumed that maybe the power button may have been pushed while in my pocket or something. Then as at three days ago i noticed that after booting to the lock screen it freezes and after awhile goes off and i had to power up again for it to boot properly. This morning it went off again (battery at 67%) and has refused to boot and now it is not charging as well.

I hope this is not the end of the phone cos i like the feel and performance of the phone.

You can take it to carlcare for repair.

normally, once you pick a call, and put it on your hear, the light is med to go off, but after the call, it mend to come on again. but here is a solution for you. you can use power button to end call, by pressing it once after the call. to activate it, goto settings, under ur call setting, choose power button ends call.

thanks for your response, but note that when i didn't get solution to my phone not powering on, i took it back to the infinix warranty centre at opebi, ikeja on thursday 23/4/2015 again.

I was told it will be done in two weeks time again, the WO Number is LF1359509. my contact no now is 08032022710, i want this phone done, is there any assistance that can render from you to fix it please.

if u take ur sim to a professional sim cutter there is a way dey will cut that u can still insert it into the mini sim casing, and as for subscription u will have to do the glo 1k for 3gb subscription but its not straight forward. You will have to change ur imei to that of a blackberry. Hope this helps

Please i need help, ive tried to resolve the issue but it just getting complicated, my infinix zero was rooted before taking it to the carlcare,i discover they update the software and unroot the phone, now im trying to root it, but not able to download the scatter file into the phone using SP Flash Tool it displaying pmt changed for the rom it must be downloaded

Hi, I dropped my infinix zero in ur carlcare center in port harcourt... for almost a month now... I haven't heard from them and I have tried severally to contact them but they don't pick up their calls... is there any other means I can reach them?
P.S. am currently in uyo and won't want to travel all the way to ph only for me to hear that the phone hasn't been repaired..
