I was contacted from Abuja UK immigrations to send an email to POSTMAILBOX within 7 working days. Unfortunaley the email address (Abuja.VisaEnquiries@fco.gov.uk)with which I was contacted with is an automated No-reply address, pls what is the POSTMAILBOX address to send my email to?

Urgently waiting for a response as I have 3 more days left before my applications get refused

Mr Justwise===After paying my initial deposit for school fees, do i need to show proof of the rest of school fees in my account since my sponsor is resident in UK.also since i would be staying with her,do i need to show proof of maintenance allowance in my account

I know you are against working for more than 20hrs a week but is there a way to work for more than 20hrs since mum will only pay 6500+expenses out of the 12000+.....
so i need to earn a little to save for remaining fees and also something home for my wife and daughter that im leaving behind in naija...

My school fees is around 12k,how much of the maintenance deposit must show,is it 7280 or 820/month.

So is it possible to stay in northampton while i study in coventry

I wouldnt want to disturb her for maintenance allowance since she's 61(showing proof of the 7380 isnt an issue,its IF I HAVE IT TO SPEND..I guess you understand) thats why im asking if staying with her in northampton and schooling in coventry is better.staying with her would reduce my expenses notably rent,feeding etc

Yes im going for MSC......so whats your advice

also explain what you mean about foreign students getting visas in post office(wont i get my visa in naija b4 i leave)...surviving in UK isnt an issue,i have a sister in reading,a brother in luton,an uncle in london,so surviving isnt an issue.

so back to my initial question==can i get to work up to 40hr/per week and i can always get to rent a place in coventry during project or exams.....

Hi Guys,

I'm an Indian, Currently living in UK on Student Tier 4 Visa, (my Visa period: 23/08/2012 until 30/05/2015), recently immigration people caught me in Job and told me i'm illegal and served me a ' Notice of Removal' I told I've got visa till this month ending and also told I've finished my course (Masters Degree). But they said you finished your course early than expected, so I should leave UK (the rules have changed called 'Curtailment of Leave'). The served notice contains ('You are specifically considered a person who has overstayed their period of granted leave because you were issued with a student visa from 23/08/2012 until 30/05/2015). On 22/10/2014 you were notified that your leave had been curtailed and would expired on 24/12/2014 due to the early completion of your studies). I was shocked and soon came out of that and I replied I don't know about all these and I haven't informed about that. But they said we have sent you both letter and Email about the curtailment of leave with new expiry date, But I don't and I asked them to show the evidence. But they don't listen and they took my passport with them because I've already booked my flight ticket to go back to India on 26/05/2015. So that's why They left me and took only my passport and asked me to collect passport on that day at airport immigration office'. I'm totally disappointed about the whole incident and being felt insulted.

Now my question is,
1. Are they going to put any Stamps on my Passport? (Red Stamps/Entry Denied or anything)
2. Are they going to serve any forms like IS15A etc., (even I don't know about what form it is, but I've seen some Q&A about these forms)
3. Are they put any Ban on Me?
4. Can I appeal this In India or UK?
Anyone can advise me and also thanks in advance

It's risky...living far from your university city could get you in trouble but people do it....I don't want to discourage you.

Since you have a lot of people in the UK if they can help you financially then when you graduate you have sometimes to work and pay back.

Actually, Northampton to Coventry is 33 mins by train.
And really, I have never heard of anyone getting in trouble for not living around the school. I mean, people commute everyday to London from far places.
