Is he the one in charge of drafting the timetable? My point is that the Nov date so far as it hasn't been officially announced is not certain.
I'm just trying to guess the date too sha.

According to nysc offcial twitter acct, de said Nov bt d official timetable is not out. When it comes out we will paste it here too.

Just to remind you, 2014 Batch C stream 2 had their orientation from November 26th- December 15. So who says 2015 stream 2 can't begin in November 25th?.
