Some ppl are daft sha, a guy came to the centre with brown 3quarter, another one came with mufti, he didn't wear anything white at all,

another guy had a combination of diff names on his primary skool cert, and another set of names on his OND cert, so they have to register him under the Primary skool cadre.

The last clown was scheduled to b interviewed on d 5th, but he showed up on d 7th, instead of him to jejely join d queue, he just head straight into d Hall, before he was chased back.

On d queue, on of the officer was telling me that am good for to be an OCB, (watever dat means ) he said becos I got in me.

When I also went in for physical inspection, d man was like, u look well fed, wat did u do, I told him I use to do a job dat make me built physically, so he was like y did I stop d work, I said I want to serve my father land, he was like, u can serve ur father land in any capacity, welders, traders, etc are all serving.

He asked my qualification, I told him, and also chip in dat am running my masters.

Finally he said since I have not finish my masters, wat if I was given appointment? I said it won't disturb it, cos am running an online masters degree, so he said its ok, “ we may send u to Lagos“

What can u make of dis ma ppl?

I was not even aware that we are being scored... My interviewer don't even ask me any question. I was only asked to stretch and fold my fingers, walk some feet and confirmed my certificates after which I was asked to leave. I can't even access my chance of being chosen with all that happened. though all my certificate were original and complete.

According to what I made to understand by a friend working at Immigration office in Akure here! He said final shortlist would be made through the recommendations presented by those Immigration officers that interviewed us through the score sheets. Though, they are not the ones to do the shortlist, the list of qualified candidates would ultimately emerge from Abuja. I'm optimistic that God has ratified my wish, my name is surely there.

I did mine in akure. I was just ask of my lcg,dob,name of my fada n my mother, ask if I can handle a gun n my occupation.finally check my credentials he told me DAT everything is complete. wish my success in final shortlisting n told to leave.

Smile. Though I don't know what OCB or whatever means. But what I noticed was that, some officer visited the area I was sitting and ask some guy that are tall, lanky, heavily and sub heavily built and ask them, can u man our border? Can u handle gun? Etc. He walked around and ask some guys too.

Some people will have an edge over others because of one thing or the other minus sentiment.

Of course they did, in my final stage, u have to meet 2 Men ( don't think they are immigration officers) they will quiz u on ur Local govt of origin, and then write all ur details in two diff notes, including phone numbers.

He asked me where in dat local govt did I come from, I mentioned my parents village, and give some description, he was about to ask me something before he heard me said I grew up in Lagos, so he shelved dat question, and state that he understand my type, dat we should try and be coming home o.

Although mine doesnt knw much abt my pple....all he said was i dnt luk like my pple....dat i shul tel him d gospel truth, am nt frm my LGA.....i insisted dat am frm my LGA and home town...dey tried as much as dey can 4 me too jst say dat am nt frm my home town and my LGA oh...bt at d end Godwin
