Since our draw with Sevilla (11th of April) we have not conceded any goal, and we have played 7 matches including - Valencia, PSG and Bayern!

this is so awesome!

And we have scored 25 goals within this period!

Juup went 1 full season and didn't win a spoon. The Bayern board decided to book Pep down against the following season. Juup was a caretaker manager that overperformed. Perhaps, if the board knew he'd win the treble, they won't have signed Pep.

Let's look at the squad Juup had at his disposal and compare to Guardiola's. Our only depth was Mueller and Olic. Even at that he could easily have finished with a double or treble. There is no such thing as long term at Bayern, coaches live and die by results, Juup Heynckes is 69 and was 66 going on 67 while at Bayern, retirement was heavy on his mind so our front office opted to be pro-active. Anyone would have done that in our shoes

He took the ginger from his players and let them play their own way and they were 3-0 down before the 2nd half. I don't know how true the story is, but I am cocksure I heard the commentator say this story.

When your players start dictating terms to you then that means something is wrong somewhere. Not that I buy this argument as I doubt the players playing such suicidal highline is something they would have done on their own volition

Ask Wenger about Messi (6-3 and 4-3 of 2010 and 2011). Ask Mou of Messi in 2011. Both managers felt they had Barca cornered till La Puga atomica upturned that feeling.

Now Pep is poised to die by the legs of the monster he created.

Messi has been shut down numerous times before by Germany and this Bayern side. Maybe the law of averages dictated that Messi had a breakout game but if we look at it more analytically the question you should be asking is how do you in 90 mins of football fail to produce a single shot on target? Is it Messi that stops us from consistently creating chances in this game

Even if he is clueless about how to shutdown Messi is he also clueless about how we can get goals of our own?
