Did you register the business because of visa application or have you been running this business for sometimes now ?

i have been running running the biz since 2011, that was wen the biz was incorprated

yet to pay any tax on it and I want to present the coy Account for the application. . what do u think. remember its a biznes name more like a sole propriety

You can't present only the company's account, you need to also present your personal account and tax certificate.

Any particular reason why some visiting visa applications are processed in Sheffield UK and some here in Nigeria? Whats the main reason for that? When I went to submit my application i was asked to hold on for an interview but late asked to go that I can go. My question is this why are some application done here and others in sheffield I am renewing my 2 yrs visa .

LIRS is Lagos Inland Revenue Service while FIRS is the Federal arm . . . . . my question is shud the tax be paid in d past Months or the past years ?

Hi, sorry just seeing this now. 2yrs cost me over 100k but itz $505 so it depends on the exchange rate your bank uses. The least visa is 6months.
I had 6months visa last year so I just renewed with 2yrs now and I didn't have to explain why I wanted 2yrs.

You can but if you have other money other than your salary in the same account then you need to explain the source

If you can't afford 5yrs visa you can apply for 6 months or 2yrs, the process is still the same though everything is done online now, same set of documents though separate application form for each traveling family member.

You need to include your son's birth certificate and letter from his school(if they are not on holiday)

Thanks @ just wise but on my passport I still bear my maiden name while my husband and my son name are d same and also my husband has applied for UK visa b4 but refuse twice same yr DAT was 2008 and he didn't av d information he used then so wat doc can he use to back his application he owns a company also av a land and he owns d house we re living he pay his tax his bank statement is OK like 10m hope d balance is not too much

Your marriage certificate will take care of that. Your husband has to acknowledge those previous refusals and state just briefly why he was refused.

He needs to submit his company's account, his savings/personal accounts and tax certificate.....then his property documents.

Not also forgetting Fast Food outlets, shops(not off licence) and pubs !!!!!!!
