I will go for the heart, because we always need it to function 100% whether we are awake or sleeping. But some part of the brain rest when we are sleeping.

The heart rest too when a healthy person is sleeping. Reason why the blood pressure will be at the lowest when one is sleeping. It's like the more active one gets, the harder the heart works

When you're brain-dead, you're technically dead in medicine. Your family can hold out hope of course, hoping for a medical miracle, but when someone is devoid of an heart, he/she can still function with an external heart machine. I urge you to do some research on this.

I'm not disputing the fact that you can use a machine, now what does that machine act as? It acts as the heart, which you need for your brain to tell it what to do, without it, your brain won't need to work to start with.

The answer is E: the heart. Because the nose which appears to be the next most busiest among those parts can still rest if one pauses like seconds in breathing but the heart continue beeping. Brain also rest when one is asleep same with other parts of the body listed. It's only heart that gets busy 24/7, hence if it stops then one is considered dead!!!

The brain still controls the heart, therefore it's the most important organ. I'm supporting my view with actual facts, not just speculation.
