No it not , it simply saying that a wise man is man that is heavenly conscious and does things that would make him not to end in hell.

My guy what you need to understand my answer is to believe in God and His works, for heaven and hell are his hand works.

the hell you're looking for is down beneath the heaven where God stays and also beneath the earth, but it is not physical rather its spiritual. The journey starts after death.


When you look at those bible references posted you see down to hell, beneath to hell etc.

you hear of God, angels, devil and demons etc, these are spirits that is why the spiritual hell fire has been prepared by the spiritual Almighty God for the spiritual devil, demons and his other agents.

Man is physical now when he dies he goes spiritual to join God in heaven or the devil in hell depending on who he served on earth.

hell fire is the ghettos around the world. if you live in the ghetto without trying to breakout of the ghetto believing that you will die one day and make it to heaven, then you're a wasted sperm. because heaven is living large and hell is poverty.

Hell and its lake of fire is real- Hell fire. We have day and night, right and wrong, good and bad, God and satan, beginning and end. So we have heaven and hell. As we live in the planet 'Earth' but believe that there are other planets God created which we have not seen, so is hell. Jesus spoke about hell and its fire. John spoke about hell and its fire, etc as other people have quoted the Scriptures. We cannot clearly ascertain its location and there is no need for us to. It is only when one dies that one will surely know its location. What we should be talking about is how to make heaven and not the locations of hell or heaven. Why do you want to get the location of hell and how does that help you to live a godly life?
