Your first question has been answered.
Who i admire most. I admire lots of people as in a truckload.. can't mention some and leave the others.

More nurses should be deployed to rural areas.
More incentives
Increased education for the nurses so they will discharge their duties effectively..
More stuffs to work with.
Etc.

Major challenges... Government policies.
Minimum use of science and technology.
Inadequate materials.
Strike
Quacks.. etc
