We are comparing the advanced T-129 to the obsolete Rooivalk..... true. however, we haven't made any claim that we have the T-129 in service with the NAF.

SKA :
The Square Kilometre Array will be the world's largest and most sensitive radio telescope, about 50 times more sensitive, and up to 10 000 faster (in terms of its survey speed) than the best radio telescopes of today. It will be powerful enough to sense radio waves from objects millions or even billions of light years away from Earth. (A light year is the distance light can travel in one year, at a velocity of 300 000 km/s.)

Although the SKA will primarily be used for astronomical research, the military uses cannot be ignored! A Radio Telescope this powerful will enable the military to intercept radio waves from anywhere around the world, thus im pretty sure i don't need to tell you the advantages of such a system.

The Soviet Union built The Starlet Radio telescope in the cold war, it was extremely secret and served to intercept radio signals and telephone conversations in NATO countries.

The Chinese are building the Shanghai's giant radio telescope which is largely funded by the Chinese Military.

And the US have the VLA

Well Bro you can say the Rooivalk is obsolete all you want it still doesn't change the fact that its Faster, carries more load , has a higher service ceiling , higher Hover Ceiling , faster sideway speed, has better range, more hard points , carries more ammo for its cannon , carries more missiles ect ect ect

Besides in 18 months time will know if the MK2 will be back in production, at this stage it looks more likely that we will get the Rooivalk MK2 before NAF gets the T-129.

OHH...Before I forget, did you really agree with Agaugust that air is more dens at higher altitude?

It is outranged! By the 45 cal G5 MkIII.
