Need your thoughts.

1. Can NDDC pay the awarding university all neccessary fess if you decide to do their online program and remain here in naija cos of your job.

2. Would you forgo NDDC SCHOLARSHIP, if you just got good paying job with an annual salary of over N5,000,000 with a car. You have to choose between going to some UK school and getting Masters and then coming back to get a job OR accept this job offer as stated above (by the way I Already have a Masters degree from UNILAG.

My fellow nairalanders, your thoughts pls

-3^2= -9?

Parenthensis, Exponentiation, Multiplication & Division, Addition & Subtraction.

-3^2 = 0 - 3^2 = 0 - 9 (exponentiation)= -9 (subtraction).

Hello guys,

It is not right to expose the test questions . Its classified info entrusted in your hands, you are expected to handle with the highest level of integrity.

As Nigerians lets stop this low life. Do you think giving answers or "expo" to a pregnant woman earns you credit in heaven? you think you did the right thing?

The answer is NO

Dear people of my generation, it pains me to see how we further destroy this nation... Our fathers failed Us! Yes! that we know! But let's not fail our selves.

The right thing to do is for you (gracious or whoever) to delete that post containing NDDC test questions.

Just imagine 10years after graduation, your wife was rushed into a hospital for medical attention, which resulted in complications and requires a procedure, and the doctor to perform the procedure is your room mate back then in school, whom you aided to pass his medical exam through "expo" , "sorting" and beating up of lecturers...

The question is, will you allow him to operate on your wife ?

The answer is No, you will rather go to another hospital.

Therefore, let's do the right thing.

Stop further destruction of our society.

I will like us all to read this article (link below), meditate on the truth therein, score our actions in time past and gauge our future.

Woe be tide us, that our children's generation writes this about us.

3,000 graduates sit NDDC’s foreign scholarship test

MAY 13, 2015 : CHUKWUDI AKASIKE, PORT HARCOURT
Leave a Comment
The Niger Delta Development Commission has begun a selection process for its foreign scholarship scheme with the conduct of a computer-based aptitude test.

At least, 3,000 graduates, drawn from nine states of the Niger Delta region, took part in the computer test, which was held on Monday, at the ICT Centre of the Rivers State University of Science and Technology.

Giving details of the foreign scholarship scheme in Port Harcourt on Wednesday, the Deputy Director of Education, Health and Social Services, Dr. Solomon Ita, said 4,000 candidates applied online for the scheme.

Ita disclosed that out of the number, 3,000 were invited for the aptitude test, explaining that 2,000 successful candidates would be invited for oral interview before the final selection would be made.

He added that the NDDC foreign scholarship scheme, which started four years ago, had so far sponsored 1,021 graduates for Masters and Doctorate degrees in Engineering and Sciences, including Medicine, in the best universities across the world.

“We have ensured that the selection process is as transparent as possible to give all qualified candidates a fair chance to compete.

“From the online application to the computer test, the candidates are given the opportunity to be part of the process. At the end of the computer test, each candidate sees his or her result before signing out,” he stated.

He pointed out that emphasis was placed on science disciplines because of a noticeable deficiency in this area in the oil industry, which made it difficult for firms to employ young graduates from the region in the sector.

“You know we have a lot of gaps in our oil and gas sector and these (science disciplines) are what we desire in the Niger Delta region. Before now, the oil and gas industry had discriminated against fresh graduates from the region for not possessing the requisite qualifications.

“We also need to encourage our youths to show interest in engineering for the sake of our projects. We need qualified engineers that can manage our projects just as in agriculture, environmental science and other science related courses,” Ita added.

A representative of the NDDC’s consultant on the scholarship scheme, Mr. Nnamdi Munonye, said there was no room for cheating in the computer-based aptitude test.

You should grab d scholarship to earn a UK phd and u could get a job there or even a better job offer in naija. Money isn't everything! This is my tot.

Majority have advised i stick with the job. Thanks anyways for ur tots, i well appreciate u. I can explore my option of getting a salford certificate by doing an online msters program. By the way I have a professional certification when I attended a program at Dunlap Stone University, Phoenix.

So 2000 people will be called for interview and out of that 200 will be chosen? That is some serious competition.
