georjay:lol..the guy thinks football is all about himself..i must sccore,i must score so that I go pass messi...do you remember that match messi instead of playing. a penalty gave it to neymar to play knowing ronaldo was ahead of him in laliga goals...thats who I call a player...its about the team not yourself...because of messi's assist both suarez and neymar have each scored above 25 goals in all competition... Thats who I call the worldest best... 14 Likes |

Reminds me of how the last Glacticos was created and fall. Madrid throw out young talented players like Morientes (now Morata) to buy more super stars, sell more T-shirts, negotiate better sponsors and make lots of money, but the young guns came back to hunt Perez and his empire. Madrid has missed Di Maria badly this term and the replacement have not been able to fill his place, they were much more dangeres having him in he team compare to Bale and James despite both being great players. 1 Like 1 Share

I'm certain Juve will win this trophy. The question is why must casillas play every match even when it's clear he's no longer the Man we know? And the defense is awful poor! Make R7 a striker next season, buy a quality defender, sell Bale or play him on the left, get another deadly winger. Do this and Madrid will be on fire! The most unfortunate thing is the injury to Modric. Probably the best midfielder in the world! Many of these games would have had different outcomes with such a maestro controlling the game. Those criticising CR7 must understand that he is the most reliable goal scorer in the team. When he drops back to try create play, all he gets are teammates who can't convert simple chances he creates eg the Bale header. Very similar to the messi situation where messi got marked out of many big games before Suarez came along. Aside Cr7 the attack is toothless. Benz becomes an handicap after 50 minutes. Lol. Bale is clueless most times and should really be played on the left to get his best performance. Ancelotti messed up the season anyways with his non rotation policy which created many injuries. Is Ilarramendi really so poor that you had to even play Ramos in midfield? 6 Likes 1 Share |

liljboy:James is an incredible player. Bale is the weakest link! The problem isn't dimaria. Infact, Madrid lost the league last season because there wasn't a player like James in the team. They struggled badly to break down opponents with that final pass. It's Modric! Simply recall how Madrid thrashed some team 9-1 in just his second game after his injury recovery. Madrid would certainly have won the league if that man didn't get injured. Every single player gets better with a devastating midfield. Exactly why Barca had a trophyless campaign last year. The midfield wasn't linking well with the attack. 1 Like |

Morata ''I wish I 'd scored against another team'' ''I didn't celebrate the goal I was never going to. It was a bittersweet strange sensation for me. These two games have been difficult for me. I want to thank the madrid fans, I wish I had scored against another team.'' ''My former-team mates wants us to win and they wish me the best. Just like in Turin, it was hard for me tonight atimes but I had to focus my head quickly. That's what football is like.'' |

The former Argentina boss has worked closely with Messi, but feels the two players cannot be separated at present. “Cristiano is a predator in front of goal. You can’t let Cristiano shoot from anywhere in the opposition half," Maradona added. “Goalkeepers are scared of him. You have to be honest, goalkeepers are scared of Cristiano. They are not so scared of Messi in those areas because he doesn’t have the same power as Cristiano. “Cristiano is an incredible professional. I think at this present time he is right up there at Messi’s level. “It’s not the case that Messi is better than Ronaldo or Ronaldo is better than Messi. I think they are at the same level.” 1 Like |
