nwosu1988: Premature ejaculati*n can be caused by a number of conditions raging from physical/medical issues to drugs to psychological/mental. You can tell me more about this gentleman: age, medical problems, drugs (prescribed or recreational etc), new partner, anxious, depressed? If he is young and healthy: He is likely having performance anxiety or medication side effects or depressed/anxious. Good luck |

nazzyglad: Have you been checked out and confirmed that it is genital warts. There are several options, but you need prescription for them. See a gynecologist if you haven't done so. Gential warts are caused by HPV infection, so it is life long. You can also get immunized with Gardasil and the like. Podofilox 0.5% solution or gel Imiquimod 5% cream Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen Trichloroacetic acid |

Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 4:11pm On May 13, 2015 |
emmaxman: It is likely your perception of shrinking. Do you take recreational substances or other drugs? I do not know of common medical condition that causes shrinking save for perhaps uncommon genetic conditions. |

Mdolalekan2u: Ok. This test shows positive hepatitis B surface Antigen meaning you have been exposed to Hepatitis B. However, this test is inconclusive. This means that you are either (a) an active carrier of Hepatitis B (b) you are a chronic carrier, but currently in active state or (c) you are in inactive carrier and immune tolerant state. For proper interpretation of which state you are in, I need: Hepatitis core (HBc IgM and IgG), ALT/AST. If you want completion of Hepatitis serology panel then throw in: HBeAg and HBeAb. Treatment is only supportive (if there are symptoms), otherwise, it is not recommended that you start treatment unless you are in active fulminant or severe hepatic (liver) failure apparent by overwhelming liver function abnormalities along with symptoms of liver failure. But only then the cure is liver transplant. Get yourself a liver specialist and follow up appointments; your doctor will do evaluation and should determine how often to check labs. I suggest you do this as soon as you can to establish your diagnosis, then go from there. Best. |

AyaSulaiman: This seme*n fluid analysis shows he has an infection with streptococcus. This needs to be treated with antibiotics of the penicillin family such as ampicillin for 10-14 days duration (if he is not allergic to pencillin.) His fertility is reduced due to this infection; fertility will improve after successful treatment with antibiotics provided that it is the sole cause of his abnormal semen analysis. Good luck. |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 1:24pm On May 14, 2015 |
kin101: You should be able to get any job you want provided you practice universal precautions against communicable and blood borne pathogens. HbeAg and HbeAb positivity means little without the full serology panel. But, generally, it means you were once infected. There is no cure to hepatitis. Management is supportive; antiviral if you are in acute liver failure and eventual liver transplant. Get vaccinated against hepatitis and practice precautions. |

Blastfinito: I would need more detailed history from you. But, to be safe, visit a doctor and get a neurological exam plus or minus head imaging to rule out tumor. Your cerebellum is involved in balance. Medulla is involved in regulating functions as breathing, heart rate. Hipocampus regulates your emotion. Your frontal cortex of cerebrum regulates personality and behavior. So, this could just be a psychological phenomena such as a physical manifestation of emotional issue--for diagnosis of exclusion. However, I would suggest ruling out brain tumor as the worse case scenario |

Xiadnat: doctor the result as of last year=hbsag=postive,hbsab=negative,hbeag=negative,hbeab=positive......hbv dna advocated to rule out the core mutant antigen. doctor people have been cured without taking drugs against hbv.they developed active immunity against the virus. also is hbv not checked in the medical fitness test required for most jobs? anticipating your reply |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 3:20pm On May 14, 2015 |
kin101: You are in chronic carrier state. You are not actively infectious abd low risk of liver cancer. You do not need treatment unless you are in active liver failure. Therefore, this should not affect your job opportunities even if they check it. Checking for hepatitis infection should not be required unless the job requires it such as in health care proffessionals where there is a possibilty of boodily fluid exposure. What kind of job is this? Yes, some people can completely clear the virus from their body and thus become actively immuned. But it is not a cure. Best |
