Yes if her relative is accommodating her then they need to send her tenancy agreement just to proof that they have adequate accommodation for her. That can be scanned and emailed to her. If she is paying for everything else apart from the accommodation then there is no need for bank statement from them.

To sponsor herself she need to proof that the conference is related to her job as self employed person, but if she is employed by a company then the company should be footing the bills and not her.

The conference is related to her field.
Its a free conference holding once every year!
Company is just allowing her to go but not sponsoring !

Well...she need to explain to the ECO why she is using her own money to attend a conference while working for a company, to increase her chances getting a letter from her company in support of the trip will help a great deal.

For the joint account. I have runned that account since 2011. The same account I used for my tier 4 visa application in 2011 and it has been functional since then. I put my savings in that account because it is not easily accessible and I find that I spend less on that account. I submitted two account statements. One that had my salary with a balance of 99,000 and the this joint account. Am I not allowed to hold my savings anywhere I please? They also spoke on assets and no dependant, can I show them my car documents and my newly renewed tenancy agreement. If that can convince them that I ain't going nowhere. It's quite frustrating. Pls guide me through my next application pls

Leave will be more appropriate than using conference.

Just the same way you completed your own form, financial, work and other details are not needed. Just his personal details, just put N/A to other sections.

Your application was refused mainly for financial reasons, you don't have enough for the trip. Canceling the hotel booking also contributed to the refusal because it shows that you can't even afford to accommodate yourself in the UK

Your application was refused mainly for financial reasons, you don't have enough for the trip. Canceling the hotel booking also contributed to the refusal because it shows that you can't even afford to accommodate yourself in the UK

For the cancellation, the hotel could not charge my debit card. My bank did not authorize the transaction hence the reason why it was cancelled. Using credit cards are usually preferable

Ok, but regarding the reapplication...unless your financial situation changes significantly reapplying will not make any difference.

Yes but the eyes are on your monthly income, 3.1 million is joint account yes but how much of that money is yours and how will you prove that?

A letter from the other signatory stating explicitly how much of my savings I was entitled to and her bio data page. I went through their immigration guide and using a joint statement has never been a prerequisite for refusal. My spending is restricted on that account hence my decision to still maintain it as opposed to just opening another account and transfering money just for the purpose of visa application.

Money from friends and family is not considered as an income, that is more of a cash gift and it can't act as your tie to Nigeria but your salary will which is why the amount you earn is considered.

As it stand your salary is your only verifiable source of income.

I think that should be general one but you can ask people in spouse visa thread, many have taken the test before

Wait until you get your package, many applicants received the same email but it doesn't mean you have been given or refused.

She siad company is paying for the trip!
Leave allowance for the trip is 250k excluding accomodation since she is staying at her sisters!
The money has been paid into her account and its showing as leave allowance.

She has a total of 600k+ and she said she wants to spend 300k for trip!
She wants to print her statement immediately and submit application immediately!

Please will this fly A letter from human resourses to state she has been paid the trip allowance already..

Person has travelled twice to uk, blood sister with same surname a citizen!

Please guidiance on this matter again!

I am back again O. No vex. I earn about 162,000 monthly, I would just recalculate part 4 which is my income and expenditure to fit into my disposal income. I mistakenly included cost of flight and hotel when asked how much I will be spending personally on my trip to the UK, so that inflated my expenses. I will also indicate that I just renewed my rent and also currently taking ACCA classes with documents to back my ties even though I know it doesn't really count. If all that doesnt work. I will just rest mbok.

If the company is paying for the trip then good but why is she staying with her aunt? The company need to pay for her accommodation, it's up to her to still stay with her sister but accommodation need to be included in the budget as far as visa requirements are concerned.

She can pocket the accommodation money from her company and stay with her sister but to get a visa her company need to show that.

Bro that is not a mistake, you can't budget for the trip without including those items.
