those who buy the infiniti brand are also broke? Or ignorant too?

The guy is an idiiot responding to him is baseless, until i see a brand in his father's name, then calling Nissan owners ignorant is justified.

Let's focus on the main question the op asked and ignore derailing tactics .

Are the springs being fixed by the same person or workshop?

Possibility of human error too.

I think the issue is with the pre-fixing clamp by the blacksmith coupled with bad road and jumping of potholes at high speed.

I have gotten them fixed but this time using a different black smith with a hydraulic press.

This is my 4th year on the car, apart from this spring issue i have had no issue at all other than change oil and filter at advisory intervals

Hmmm...might need some stronger aftermarket springs...the wheel travel might be too hard on the OEM ones-especially if you're the type that charges through the tough stuff.

If you have changed the dampers (shocks) before, I guess the new ones are too soft for your vehicle's application, causing your spring to oscillate unnecessarily and causing stresses in the spring.
Note: Soft springs go with stiffer dampers and vice versa.

Stronger as in bigger diameter? I will opt for that if i see one.i push the SUV hard often times.

fanex, chill out, what do you stand to gain from all this?

, buy as for your weight ......... *lips sealed *

cheesy cheesy undecided

In nigeria, Nissan is labelled bad because it is affordable. This same nissan will enter any jungle and come out just like land cruiser or any other suv.

Op don't wait to be faulted another time..Watch where you pick the spring and examine it very well, also inspect the spring with your own naked eyes. Don't let same mech replace this for you again.

Lastly but not the least, watch your weight cheesy cheesy grin Just joking oh
