They deserve the right to know if the money used to purchase his house where his son lives in LA came from the public or from the profits of his company or a mixture of both.

On the other hand, you have absolutely no right to question the legitimacy of Oshiomole's marriage. It is a personal affair, and not a public one. You do not know him, neither do you know the wife. you do not know the story about their relationship. Concluding on its legitimacy makes you look like a jobless foool!
