Though what he did was wrong,saying that he will drop a system by 8pm and still come to say we should pay for it..

many people will think he has nothing to offer,moreover he said the system is just 11/12,how can he sell something like that? You have to test like up to 200-300 bet b4 you comfirm if the system is ok.

I'll advice others not to insult him again,yes what he did was bad,but he didn't scam anyone,and i believe no one will even fall for that.... So lets move on..

What the guy did was wrong,after saying he will post a strategy,then later come back to ask for payment of 3k was wrong.

However,the guy didn't scam anybody here,so why shouting?

Your sense should have told you that a strategy of 11/12 doesn't worth it.

He need to test it with over 250 bet before he can brag about it,and when he Start asking for 3k,you should have just ignore him and move on...
