None. None. None. You were asked to state facts, you ended up asking questions, which does nothing but prove you are empty about Jonathan's achievements. There is no functioning university built by Jonathan in the North, the North naturally has more farmers therefore will benefit more from any agricultural projects, and the almajiri schools were an insult which further galvanized the North to kick the drunk fisherman back to the creeks. Imagine if after Buhari's rule, he tells the SE he worked for them by establishing rehabilitation centres for the "born put for market" baby factory children of Igboland. What would be your reaction? Jonathan don show una pepper though.

Hehehe the same east is the more educationionally advanced region in naija geriatric presently...the same region the North felt they have destroyed... ask WAEC and NECO ... nigeria can't ever progress with the northern mentality and the yorubas double standards

you maybe somehow wrong.
Do you how many barrels of Oil leave bayelsa everyday ?
Do you know that many of the big multinational company that pay heavy taxes are in Nigeria because of bayelsa, without oil in bayelsa, there will be no chevron in lekki and many more, it was the breakthrough in oloibiri in 1956 that brought many of them to Nigeria and they decided to settle in lagos being a cosmopolitan city.

not forgetting that theses guys in bayelsa suffers from serious environmental degradation (go through ISO 14000). So if after many years of oil exploration dating back as at 1956 (constant gas flaring) if you are not heartless, you will agree with me that lots of stuffs that should be used to compensate them.

Lagos is not yet an oil producing state, though it maybe, that is if after drilling, oil is found in commercial quantities in the wells, i am aware alhaji folawiyo and chevron are in charge.

you have a point there....

we must abandon oil...we must...oil is a nasty bussiness,,,WE MUST ABANDON IT....

Things dat should normally b located in d Niger Delta are spread between Lagos and abuja, if d oil was in d south west alone am sure other zones especially in d south here would hv bn slaves to d South west
Try to look at things from a neutral ground
You sound too bias

Bros did you even know who owns the project?

The project is owned by yoruba couples. What stopped your Dokubo and Tompolo from doing same out of the billions they are collecting monthly?

It is not a FG's project, it is a private project.

Before this time, such fabrications are done in South Korea, Japan and Singapore and shipped down to Naija.

If yoruba couple invest their money on yoruba soil, what is your business?

Tell your Drunken Master that his Order missed road.

That doesn't mean that it can't be located in bayelsa.. abia state government owns palm plantations in badagry Lagos. .. the same people that preach 1 nigeria can't practice it... a whole government can't be confident enough to setup an institution in a place more viable...hmmmmmm

It has already started happening...na today we tell GEJ to perform solely for the niger deltans?..the west and the north dont give a damn about us...jonathan shoulda done this when he was in office...fix all niger deltans in top positions as regards oil and gas, develop the niger delta to standard, complete the east west road, build an airport in bayelsa state, ensure all niger delta governors are well behaved to the development of the niger delta, ensure the NDDC and the ministry of niger delta affairs are controlled by comptetent people, provide electricity for nigerians and return back to bayelsa after a tenure and leave the sit for the stinking hausa's knowing he has developed his zone...now look at this court injunction, halting a massive project to bayelsa where the countries wealth sits....

jonathan I think you don se amm.....

Niger deltans we had better get ready o to fight against schemes and court injuctions that wont let us benefit fully from the oil beneath us...

Since Jona our brother don mess up,leaving us with nothing... angry

Jonathan is not bothered. He and his wife has amassed enough wealth, build exotic hotels and stashed enough money in banks in whatever names. He knew very well this move will not work but he just did it, like someone said above, to make the people feel he tried to do something but they stopped him. Let the screamers tell me why in God's name will Jonathan not appoint a Niger Delta man to head NPA but instead chose one of the same northern Oligarch we condemn here everyday even in the dying minutes of his administration? The man just don't care a hoot about anybody. I will continue to say it, our leaders down south are our major problems and not some other people who do not even know you exist.

How will they move the project. It is a private sector driven project, Lagos state Govt is one of the shareholders in the project.

The company handling the project is LADOL.

Dont cry. GEJ had 6 years to do that but why now?
Lagos is not oil producing state but Lagos is the icon of Sub-sahara Africa not just Nigeria..... Lagos is more important than Bayelsa.... Lagos have more revenue than Bayelsa......

finally, relocating such project to Bayelsa will result to abandoned project cos they will just keep it in Bayelsa without any reasonable agenda.
NIGERIA WILL REMAIN NIGERIA WITH OR WITHOUT BAYELSA...BUT NIGERIA WILL BE LIKE ZOO OR JUNGLE WITHOUT LAGOS.....
NIGERIA IS THE BIGGEST ECONOMY IN AFRICA NOT because OF BAYELSA BUT because OF LAGOS.

stop crying dear. Jonathan failed all of us from south south.... even in Otuoke, there is no single improvement. GEJ was a waste of Niger delta opportunity for presidency.
OPPORTUNITY COMES BUT ONCE... WE LOST IT ALREADY

No, Nigeria can never progress with people with your mentality that refuse to give a new government a chance by viewing every action as an attempt at marginalisation, and perceiving every effort at reversing impunity driven policies and decisions as a witch hunt against the SS/SE.

This is a very good news. The project should remin in Lagos State. If the arguement for the decongestion of Lagos holds water, then the project should be relocated to either Ogun state or Ondo state both in the SouthWest, both states also have access to the Atlantic Ocean and crude oil deposits

Jonathan should enjoin his Niger Delta kinsmen to build such for them too in Bayelsa state. Mr Ladi Jadesinmi's project SHALL REMAIN IN THE SOUTH WEST

Agreed, in Lagos today, how many companies can Rival the multinational oil firms in terms of paying taxes to LASG, paying huge salaries to their staffs of which taxes are also deducted from this huge salaries and remitted to LASG.
How many, just mention 1

Corporate tax, mining tax, petroleum tax are paid to the FGN, LASG gets PAYE, property tax, land use tax.

It is is from the corporate tax, mining tax and petroleum taxes that the big bucks are made by FGN through Federal Inland revenue
