Delta State health care system is very friendly.

Aside cards going for 30 Naira, child delivery is free of charge and there is free health care for under 5 children.

Meanwhile, me and my ladies are trekking for Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa... from Ozoro to Oleh to Uzere to Asaba-Ase.
