Not saying u sud do an undergraduate course, I saiid it's better to be going for a course that tallies with ur UG program rather than an employment history. ada4all: 1 Like |

hayqinsbFX:Hi sorry. Unfortunately, seneca does not have any PG course in real estate only in ordinary diploma if not that is the course I wud have chosen (real property administration). Since I have already paid my fees, I can't choose another school. Even, I had earlier searched for Msc or PG in real estate in canny but I didn't see any reasonable one. |

Guys, I need a quick advice from the pro's here. My brother is my sponsor working in an oil firm full time. He is also one of the board of directors in another company(Oil Company as well) which he is a sole signatory to the company account. But last 2 years December 2013, I stopped working for a small company as an IT specialist and I applied for a UG program(Comp Science) in C College. I read on here that the V'o's don't like idle people, So therefore I need to cover the gaps from Jan 2014 to Oct 2014 Till Feb 2015. I also need to know if I could have my brother which is my sponsor provide me a letter stating I am a voluntary worker in the other business he is in partnership with. What are the documents that I need to request from him. Also I would need some experience people to assist me in here because I cannot just apply for the study permit without covering the gap. I also registered for a course in October for Java(IT) and Completed February 2015, which I have the certificate to show of. Is there any possibility of them going to the company to verify if I was a voluntary worker and also, Do I need to colletc a study leave letter as well stating I went for course during Oct to Feb? I'd appreciate any help given at this time. |

@standupguy, can one apply a second time within the same CIC account or I have to open another account. Was delayed May 4 on financial grounds only, planing to reapply May 26. I hope its not to early. My admission is for Fall 2015 and I don't have much time cos am to resume august 10. Can I also use the former CIC forms and just edit them since I still have them on my PC. Btw I have tackled the sole ground for the delay by substituting one of my former sponsors with my aunt; she's got 19M+ in her SoA. My tuition fees and other sundry fees amounts to only 8.5M, so I think am good. Buh pls help review. Am adding my SoA of abt 1.3M too btw. |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by hayqinsbFX: 9:23pm On May 16, 2015 |
DON'T change sponsors drastically. Retain your uncle if u cant retain ur dad. This VOS read minds... U can add ur aunty and claim after the first delay you approached her and she decided to help you by assisting you with an amount of money yearly cos she was a beneficiary of your dad when he was in service. Justsaying.. justicia: |

hayqinsbFX:@hayqinsbFX. So u still remember my story. Bringn up my former post shows u do. Thanks! Btw am replacing only my Dad for obvious reasons that am sure u now know. Am still retaining my uncle, only that he may be planing to beef up his acct with a lump sum which am not so comfy with. What do u advise if that happens.. |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by hayqinsbFX: 10:01pm On May 16, 2015 |
Not good if he brings that up at this time.. If you can get a bank draft in convertible currency at this time it would be awesome. Maybe have ur dad and ur aunt put the money together and have the draft. Plus pay up your fees too if you havent. If possible get an evidence of accommodation application. This things speak more volume than just adding sponsors. justicia: 1 Like |

justicia: Not sure a drastic change of sponsor is a good idea especially with such short re-application time. You will use the same account, just open another application in it. The can use the same form but make sure you edit only the necessary details, like question if you been refused visa by any country and state the reasons, even your UCI number. The amount in your sponsors account is irrelevant, they are more interested in the availability and why the sponsor has decided to sponsor you. My sponsor and co-sponsor were my blood sisters. A Senior banking official currently assistant bank manager and a business owner, both single with SOA and FEDP of 13M+ and 25M+ and properties. But they still weren't satisfied that the funds were available for me. They still made comments that they didn't see my own funds and my parents funds. That is why I am paying off my 2yrs tuition, adding my SOA, shares and fdep I made prior the failed application whilst point the V.O to the dates so he knows they weren't just manufactured. 1 Like |

ada4all: Study is not complusory for a student visa, maybe it is for visitors. Logically how many organization is willing to give you a 2 yrs study leave in a country like ours with very high unemployment, you be Einstein wey your position can't be replaced, how many years have you worked in there and what has been your contribution? Study leave is fine if you can get it but not too fatal if you dont. A piece of advise again, when i was refused last december, i couldn't bare the thought to waiting for a september intake plus i never heard of GCMS File, so i flew blind again for May which proved detrimental once more. Like i said that refusal letter was designed to throw you of balance and from the looks of your comments so far i think its achieving its purpose. Dedicate 30days to get your file, review it and improve your chances. Well goodluck in whatever you decide. P.S i might just be God sent telling you this, for some reason i was typing this message and my phone went off at 11:57pm, i really dont know what force drove me from my sick bed to putting on my laptop to retype this whole message again just to get through to you. Cheers 3 Likes |

ada4all: I think tnuola already put the link, if you have someone in canada already, the person can request it on your behalf for 5CaD or the can use the services of companies who do it. They charge about 25 to 40 cad. Most of them take payment through PayPal so you will have to setup a paypal account. Amen. |
