you cannot use cheapest and good together , if its quality you want without a single issue and you have the cash then buy your own dedicated server or you can try vps first . i make use of www.havilahhost.com

You need a better VPS service provider and a ridiculous hosting plan will still provide you this error...I can help you with a dedicated hosting plan if the need be.

I would recommend you hostforlife.eu for blogging site. I only pay around EUR 40-50/year for my wordpress site. What I like they offer unlimited disk space and bandwith.

True talk but Hostgator did same to me this time last year and almost crumbled too just the grace of God.... Their support is poor too a times and twitter was my magic getting a refund then.

They have won best hosting of the year for 2years consecutively....

But the downside is that if you are on low budget then their service is definitely not for you....
