Brrother, we are still saying the same thing...No one would be able to tell you the schools in Minnesota that offers graduate courses as you said...you really need to help yourself by googling...Many graduate courses, many good schools in Minnesota... People can suggest schools in Minnesota for but What if the grad course you' wanna study isn't in school been suggested for you...So bro, you really need to help yourself first!

OK let me proffer a little help...what course are you looking into? So Type " Ms XXY course in Minnesota" on the Google search box OR go to gradschool.com, select the area of your intended grad course (maybe science, education, Art, Engineering.....) and type the course you're looking at...I hope you get that Chairman mi?

You mean you don't understand how to get your credentials to WIU.. It should be on the site. They get international credentials through regular mail/ courier...If I'm not wrong I think a NL (cc: Udeyokay) applied to WIU..you can contact him.

Since you have applied to WES is better you choose the ICAP option because the school required it from us Nigerians. After evaluation WES will send it to WIU. You pray they will accept you.

Ohh..
Your transcript should be sent directly from your school but when going to your school, print and fill a form on http://www.wes.org/required/index.asp?lctryid=119 which will be authorized and sent alongside your transcript by issuing officer in your school.. BUT the photocopy of your certificate should be sent to WES by you.

Make sure you request for your transcript to be sent as soon as possible if you're applying for Spring16, cos it takes a month or more for the evaluation to be completed & its kinda frustrating when it comes to verification and sending of credentials from WES back to your school,..
