If the incoming president can build refineries in the country the problem of tanker drivers going on strike anytime their tankers are seized for violating traffic, blocking carriageway and oil marketers holding nigerians hostage due to subsidy will be a thing of the past. But I doubt if that will ever happen.

Conflicting reasons have been churned out by all parties. LAGOS state government is "reaping bountifully" from the Truck fellas. And nobody hears anything from that.
We are focused on GEJ government for what he did and did not do .

What other business is able to hold an entire nation to ransom?

Does not make any logical sense or business sense.

Scarcity is deliberate government policy.

The fuel marketer do not own the fuel they are hoarding, they are just marketers of the fuel, so the goverment can force them to supply the fuel, the fact the government is pretending to be held to ransom proves that FG is causing scarcity deliberately.

Not every marketer is a thief or corrupt. Some of them actually do bring products into the country and sell at the subsisting stipulated price while they make huge windfalls from the subsidy govt pays and Oando falls into that category.

The depth of corruption in the subsidy regime was in the case of marketers who shipped in Ethanol and still got paid subsidy for it or in the worst cases those who didn't even bring any product at all like Ahmadu Ali's son's case.

Know the facts.
