If you know Agbara, you should know Atan. From Agbara, take an Atan bus.

The Said Land is Accessible to Agbara Road, Considering the Proposed Multi Lane Road Project from Lagos Island to Agbara - Badagry express road with Rail, The Agbara Atan Road is another Good Link Road Project as well , Oshodi, Abule egba, Surulere, Ikeja were once bush, Development is taken over every where , Winners Chapel Area of OTA , No one dare go to get a land there before but what have you now ,its developed .Would appreciate if you could get it and i would not mind to watch over it progress and Building as well.Best Regards Sir.

@seun,just saw and read your comments about what's in Atan that makes people move there, what's should be in an Area that would make people move to the Area? You were able to get the Area on Google Map, does Google map shows the whole Reality about an Area? More so Many people in the most urban who are Tenants are leaving and getting to new and a more quiet place to build and develop, Must everyone stay in a Noisy, polluted and congested Area?
