Sorry i went for job hunting for a relative. The cats are all of us. We all benefit in one or the other but we lose more from other sources only the microscopic elite dont lose much. The executive arm of Fed govt only can bell the cat. The oda arms may not achieve much without the executive arm being in support. So, to address the situation the Presidency must be sincere in courting the disaster.
