Nljega I'm not filled with confidence as far as the rule of adding "cc Nljega"

A lot of first time voters are forgetting to tag you.
My question is are those votes lost?
Also there are some posts with the error being quoted and corrected albeit SELECTIVELY. What will you do about those quoted? It's a shame because I feel the RULES are being abused.

I remember last year,majority of the guys who contested for mr nairaland made it a point of duty to thank those who voted them.If they couldn't,their campaign managers did.Girls,una matter tire me.
